Though the first thing this reminded me of was of the blue sprite the rhodry in Katherin Kerr's novels... I doubt any one knows what I am talking about, but the basic story line is that the blue sprite loves the soul of rhodry so that she becomes a real-enough woman to satisfy his needs, but in doing so, kills him slowly.
Thats what I see, whoever the guy in the bottle is, he is seducing the girl (lack of eyes) and drawing out her soul. That might not be the message you wanted to send, but thats the message I see

its hard to give really advanced critique on surreal stuff since im not a pro or anything
but ill try lets see
the overall look of its pretty good
the tone is alright
but the head is a bit flat, the hair part yes
and its pretty hard to get what u wanna say

its so different to what i imagined when you told me about it, but its brilliant!
his expression is beautiful. her lack of pupils fascinates me.
